"We had a great Week 1 for our Summer Youth Camps at West Chester," said Mark Freed of All Star Baseball, who helped to run the camp.  "This is our second year using the great facilities that West Chester University has to offer and it's been super.  We had over 60 players participate in Week 1 and we already have a lot of players signed up for our next two weeks in August.

"The week contained plenty of instruction," continued Freed.  "We worked on run-downs, cut-offs, relays, bunt defense and hitting skills.  The players also got specific training in their choice of pitching, catching, outfield, and infield positions.  The week was topped off on Friday by our popular World Series games, which were really enjoyable to watch.  Lots of enthusiasm all around!"
